I finally listened to a client who wanted a huge canopy reduction on a mature oak

We took it down by about 30% over two days last fall, and it's pushing more new growth this spring than the untouched trees nearby. Does anyone think we're too quick to say 'no' to bigger cuts on healthy trees?
