I show them pics of similar trees we saved from my phone. It cuts the worry and gets the job approved quick.

I saw a washed out bridge on I-40 last year and my dashcam footage saved a buddy from taking that route blind. Photos really do cut through the panic, don't they?

Photos are way better than just telling someone it'll be fine. Showing proof that you fixed the same problem before makes all the difference. It turns a big scary unknown into a simple fix they can see. People need that visual to really believe it.
