A customer's one sentence about our quote form changed everything
Last month a guy called and said our online estimate form was asking too many questions about stairs and hallways. He almost gave up halfway through. I switched it to just name, address, square footage, and move date. Now we get about 30 percent more completed quotes per week. That feedback made me realize we were overcomplicating the first step for people. Has anyone else simplified a process after one piece of customer feedback and seen a big jump?
Oh man, that's the million dollar question right there. I've been there and it stings when you realize you're tracking the wrong numbers the whole time. @viola_lopez30 I honestly think a lot of people just count leads and pat themselves on the back without ever looking at the bottom line. It took me way too long to figure out that a flashy lead number means nothing if those folks never actually buy. Really hope you got some clarity from digging into it, because that kind of data is gold for deciding what to do next.
