TIL my 'Ask Anything' thread got 10,000 views in a week and it felt wrong

I started a thread here six days ago asking for the most niche hobby people have. I checked the stats this morning and it had over 10,000 views. That's a crazy number for a simple question, right? It made me wonder if the algorithm is just pushing random stuff now instead of real discussion. I wasn't trying to go viral, I just wanted to hear about weird collections or forgotten crafts. Has anyone else had a post blow up for no clear reason and kind of ruin the vibe?

Yeah exactly, @the_rowan gets it. I've done that too, picking apart a perfectly good day just because it felt too quiet. Sometimes your brain just needs to invent a problem to solve.
