Update: My roofing company's website got 1000 visits last month, which honestly feels weird.
I mean, we're just a small crew in Boise, and I never thought people actually looked at those sites. Has anyone else hit a number online that made you question how it all works?

Wait, 20,000 views for cat collars... that's a whole lot of cats. It's just wild to picture that many people, all over, looking at tiny little sparkly collars on their screens. Makes you wonder what else is pulling in numbers like that while we're all just living our normal lives. The scale of it all is honestly hard to wrap your head around sometimes.

Totally get that feeling. I saw my local library's Instagram page had 5,000 followers and it blew my mind. It's just our little branch with the broken copy machine. It happens with everything now, from a friend's baking blog to a neighborhood watch group. The numbers feel huge and fake, but they're just regular people clicking around. Makes the whole internet seem smaller and bigger at the same time.

The thing that clicked for me was just having someone update the blog once a week with a photo of a finished roof and a couple sentences about it. No crazy SEO or paid ads, just a normal human posting what they actually did that week. It took maybe 15 minutes and suddenly the site started showing up for "Boise roof repair" when it never did before.
