That 14 day moon phase render I did in Maryland came out wrong
I spent 14 nights shooting the moon from my backyard in Bethesda, stacking each phase into one composite, but the shadows point the wrong way in the final image. Turns out I flipped the orientation during processing, so the terminator line faces east instead of west, which totally breaks the illusion of a real lunar cycle. Has anyone else accidentally mirrored a moon photo and had to redo the whole stack to fix it?
