I called the parts store's 'lifetime' brake pads a scam for 6 years until my own truck proved me wrong
Put a set of their house-brand pads on my 2012 F-150 at 71k miles just to prove a point to the new kid, and here I am at 149k with maybe 40% pad left and rotors that never warped. Any of you got a cheap part you trash-talked for ages and then had to eat crow on?
