I need to ship my car across the country and I've narrowed it down to Freedom Auto Transport and Montway. Both have decent online presence, but I'm torn. Anyone have experience with either or both? Pricing, reliability, customer service?

I've used Montway once and it was okay, but the car arrived a few days late and the driver was hard to reach. Last month I used Freedom Auto Transport and they were much more responsive. The price was a bit higher but worth it for peace of mind.

I had a good experience with Montway a couple years ago, but I've heard mixed things lately. A friend used Freedom Auto Transport and said they were fantastic. I might switch next time.
