Heard a Pizza Chain Manager Say Dough Cutters Are Next

I was grabbing lunch near Akron last Tuesday and overheard a Domino's franchise manager telling his driver that they're testing robot arms to sheet and cut dough in three Ohio locations. He said each unit does the work of two full-time prep people and costs less than one minimum wage worker over two years. If a basic pizza spot can swap people that fast, what chance do line cooks or bakers have by 2030? Has anyone here actually seen one of these machines running, or is this just corporate hype?
