My buddy Dave got fired from his teaching job over a tweet from 2012. The tweet was a dumb, edgy quote from a movie, but someone dug it up and posted it as if it was his real opinion. The school panicked and let him go before he could even explain. He lost his whole career over a ten year old joke he didn't even write.

Yeah the jump from 25 to 5 is huge, @susan_adams. But here's a thing people miss. That big gap between 25 and 5 microns means you're catching a LOT of middle sized stuff all at once. It can actually clog your 5 micron filter way faster than if you stepped down more slowly. You might want to add a 10 micron filter in between for a week just to protect that nice new 5 micron one. It makes the whole system last longer.

Yeah, aaron's right about calling. I've heard the Austin office is slammed but if you get a live person they can sometimes escalate it same day.
