A lead inspector's comment about my wire bundles stuck with me

Last month he watched me lace up a bundle on a 737 and said 'pretty, but you're chasing the wrong end.' He showed me how I was putting strain on the backshell by pulling the tie wraps too tight near the connector. Now I leave slack before the first anchor point, and my rework calls dropped from 4 in one week to zero since.
