Dropped $3,200 on a lead gen list from a vendor in Chicago that was 60% dead emails
Spent 3 weeks calling through it and got 4 real conversations, so now I'm back to asking people in Columbus for referrals and wondering if anyone has found a list source that isn't totally cooked.

Before you drop another dime on lists, ask vendors for a sample of 50 addresses and run them through a free email checker yourself. Cheaper to test than to trust.
