I finally got refunded for that lawn darts set from the 80s, took 3 months of calls
Found my old childhood lawn darts in my parents' basement, the metal tip ones with the heavy fins. Tried to sell them on eBay and got a nasty notice they were banned and dangerous, listing could get me flagged. I had $60 in offers before they pulled it, and support kept giving me the runaround about "hazardous items." I get they sent people to the ER back then, but mine are dull as heck after 40 years in a damp garage. Has anyone else gotten stuck with recalled stuff that's basically harmless now, or did I just waste my time chasing that refund?
