Spent $80 on a recalled space heater that's honestly the best one I've owned

The Lasko model from the 2019 recall got yanked for a tip-over switch issue, but mine has run 4 winters in a drafty Detroit garage without a single problem. Anyone else hanging onto a recalled item because it just plain works better than the replacements?
