Heard two guys at the supply house in Columbus say they never wipe down clippers between heads
I was picking up blades last week and overheard these two talking about how they go through a full Saturday without brushing out their clippers once, and they laughed like it was a badge of honor. I mean, I get being busy, but that clipper can be a straight line for ringworm and staph if you don't clean it between clients. I started wiping mine with a disinfectant spray after every cut about 6 months ago and my blade jams went from maybe twice a month to zero. If you're cutting back to back all day, when are you actually taking the two minutes to clean your tools?
