Kinda regret sticking with my old clippers for so long
I was using the same Wahl Seniors for like 6 years cause I thought they were fine, but last week I borrowed a buddy's Magic Clip and the fades came out way cleaner in half the time. The motor felt smoother and the blade cut through thick hair without any pull. Anyone else swap brands and notice a huge difference or am I late to the party?

That's a big jump from Seniors to Magic Clips. The difference is night and day honestly. Those Seniors are built like tanks but they just don't have the same speed for fades. Magic Clips have that adjustable blade and the motor really helps with blending. You're not late at all, a lot of barbers made the switch later too. The blade gap on the Senior can be a pain to get right compared to the Magic Clip's lever. Glad you found a better tool for the job.

Man I had the same issue with my Seniors. Switched to the Magic Clip and fades got way cleaner instantly. The motor makes a bigger difference than people think.
