Spent 11 days fighting a shadowban over one stupid hashtag

Turned out Instagram was hiding my posts for 11 days because I used the same 3 hashtags on every post, and I only figured it out after comparing notes with a friend in Phoenix whose Reels were getting 10x my views for the same kind of content, so has anyone else mapped out which hashtags get you buried?

Same exact thing happened to me last month, kept rotating the same five tags and my reach just fell off a cliff. Swapped them out for some fresh ones and views came back within a week, it was wild. Now i keep a list so i don't fall back into the same trap lol.
