Rant: The clear coat on my custom paint job is bubbling up

Spent hours sanding and painting an old MTB frame with spray cans. Now the clear coat has bubbles and looks terrible, lol. What's the best way to fix this without starting over?

Remember my buddy's car hood did that, we just sanded the bubbles flat and shot new clear over it.

Well, @william_bailey, at least your sanding trick didn't cause this bubbly mess... looks like my clear coat got a bad case of the hiccups.
