Chose the quiet layoff over the loud reorg in Dallas, no regrets
Back in March at the Dallas office they offered me a buyout package of 4 months pay to leave quietly, while the alternative was staying through a messy reorg that had 3 managers fighting over my team. I took the money and walked, and two weeks later I heard the reorg survivors got saddled with double the workload and zero raise. Anyone else take the cash over the chaos and dodge a bullet?
