inI was writing product descriptions all wrong for 18 months
Yeah it's like that with everything these days. People overcomplicate stuff trying to look smart when simple cuts through the noise. Same thing happens at the grocery store with all those fancy label claims nobody actually reads. Everyone says they want details but their buying habits tell a different story. Keep it real and show them the one thing that actually matters.

inVent: my entire payroll calculation for Q4 was off by $2,300 because I trusted a spreadsheet macro
Wait, are you saying there are people who actually run macros they don't fully understand? I thought everyone at least glanced at the code before hitting execute. That is asking for some serious trouble down the line.

inHad a guy at the hardware store in Flint tell me my torque wrench needed a calibration check
Totally agree with @blair_nguyen on that, 12 pounds can wreck a whole job. Sucks how something so small can cause such a headache.

inHonestly, I used to think every story needed a big twist to be good. My kid's 3rd grade teacher changed my mind.
Does a clever ending ever actually ruin a good story?

Wait you seriously didn't notice the hands for three whole commissions?
