My post about a city council vote got removed in 20 minutes, then my neighbor quoted it back to me at a barbecue
The HOA board quietly killed a public comment period for a $40k retaining wall project, so I posted the actual minutes to Nextdoor and got flagged for 'misinformation' until three other homeowners at Saturday's barbecue said they'd read it before it came down, which tells me the info got out anyway.
How fast did the flag happen, like did you get a notice or did it just vanish? And when your neighbor quoted it back, was he repeating your words or the exact lines from the minutes? That part matters because if three people read it before it came down, then the board's whole "misinformation" excuse is garbage and they know it. Did any of those three say they saw the actual minutes somewhere else too, or were you the only source? Also curious who reported it, because 20 minutes is fast for a random complaint.
