Heard a manager say headcount is just a number in a slide at our all hands in Columbus
She said it pretty casual while walking through a reorg chart, and I wrote it down word for word. Now I'm wondering if I should read anything into it or if that's just how people talk at that level. Has anybody seen a line like that turn into real cuts a few weeks later?
