Somewhere out there my old boss is still patting himself on the back for that paper and it probably is not even worth the ink. From what I have seen, those no poach things mostly scare people who were never going to poach anyone anyway, and the folks who would ignore them already ignore them. Makes you wonder how a piece of paper signed on your way out the door is supposed to hold any weight. Take this with a grain of salt though, I am not a lawyer and my track record with office paperwork is meh at best.
