Showerthought: a guy at my FLGS in Cincinnati told me in 2019 to stop buying dungeon crawlers and just print my own, and I fought him on it for a year
He was right that I'd spend $400 on games with minis I never painted while a $20 ink refill and some cardstock gave me more actual playtime with my group, so now I'm wondering if anyone else here has made the switch to print and play and what finally pushed you over?

That $20 ink refill line hit hard. I stopped buying minis when I realized I was paying for plastic I'd never touch.
