Stop using the wrong rod for overhead passes, 6010 is not for that

Saw it twice this month on two different jobs in Gary and Portage. Guys running 6010 overhead on 3/8 plate and the weld looks like a beaver chewed it. That rod is for root passes and pipe, not structural overhead. Use 7018 with a short arc and let it puddle. How many of you actually change rod type based on position, or do you just burn what's in the stinger?
