I finally played a bonus hole that felt completely pointless last Sunday
Course near Dayton put in a 95 yard par 3 by the parking lot. Everyone in my group loved it for tiebreakers. I thought it ruined the round's ending. We finished on 18 with a real crowd, then walked past the clubhouse for this gimmick. The green had a false front, constant wind off the lot. Felt like a carnival game, not golf. Has anyone else had a bonus hole that actually added something instead of just delaying your beer?
