I bought a $12 brick of frozen ground turkey and it carried 9 dinners
I grabbed a 3 lb pack of frozen turkey at the Grocery Outlet in Spokane for $11.99 and honestly figured it would taste like cardboard. Browned it up with a pack of taco seasoning and stretched it across 9 meals, chili, pasta sauce, quesadillas, the works. The burn was the texture, kind of mushy unless you really drain and crisp it. Anyone got a trick for getting frozen ground meat to brown right?
