That one comment about my monthly layout that actually stuck
I used to cram every single bill, appointment, and habit tracker into one messy monthly spread until a stranger on here said "your monthly looks like a parking lot after a snowstorm, nothing can move." That hit harder than it should have. I started doing a weekly spread instead and only keeping the monthly for deadlines and birthdays, which freed up like 3 pages per month. The key was giving each day its own mini column instead of trying to fit everything in one line. Now I use a highlighter to mark the 3 non-negotiables per day and leave the rest blank. It took me about 6 weeks to feel natural, but my weekly reviews went from 20 minutes to 5. Has anyone else gotten feedback that completely flipped their setup, or am I the only one who needed a stranger to point out the obvious?
