Customer asked if I could fix the gap, I did, then he wanted the whole kitchen redone
In a 4,000 square foot home near Portland last Tuesday, I filled a 3/8 inch gap between the counter and backsplash with caulk, and the homeowner stood there watching me, then said 'you know that looks too clean, can you make the rest of the cabinets match that finish?' and my 2 hours of work turned into a 3 day redo because he wouldn't sign off on the original order until every single drawer front got sanded down again, has anyone else had a client who invents problems after you solve the one they actually paid for?
