Vent: My drawer slides were backwards for 3 years

After building 40+ boxes with undermount slides that closed fine, a client's 4 year old slammed one and I found the locking tab was facing out the whole time, has anyone else had a basic habit that took a random failure to finally expose?

Check the tab orientation on every drawer before mounting, saves a huge headache later.
