inWalked into that new co-working space on Woodward and the wifi was slower than my basement setup
Four hundred dollars a month and you're mad about loading one file for ten minutes? Sounds like you got unlucky with whoever was streaming next to you, that happens anywhere. I've been to places that charge half that and gotten worse speeds on a Tuesday morning. Maybe try a different spot in the room or go during off-peak hours before writing the whole place off.

inBought a cheap paint sprayer and regretted it after 2 rooms
Same thing happened to me with a cheap sprayer I got from a hardware store. @the_rowan, I actually learned the hard way that the paint viscosity matters a ton for those budget ones, too thin and it spits everywhere. Maybe it's just me but I think sometimes the cheaper ones just aren't worth the headache no matter how careful you are.

inWasted $150 on fancy release agent. Shoulda just used diesel and mineral oil mix.
That's the thing with @king.val, those stains are exactly why I switched. Did a countertop pour once where I thought I cleaned the form oil off good enough, but the diesel left these dark blotches that looked like grease marks no matter what I did. Had to grind the whole thing down and reseal it. Total nightmare for something you're gonna be eating off of or looking at up close. Ever run into that where the cheap stuff just ruins the look of a finished piece?

inVenmo at the farmer's market last Saturday caught me off guard
Wait is that for real? A pie guy who only takes digital payments feels like some kind of hipster version of a Twilight Zone episode. I feel you though, I showed up at a taco stand last month with a $20 bill and the guy just stared at me like I handed him a rock from the stone age. Had to sheepishly walk to the nearest convenience store and buy a pack of gum just to break the bill, then walk back with my tail between my legs. Now I keep a five in my phone case just in case, but idk, it's getting harder to predict what they'll want. Maybe it's just me, but I miss when the hardest decision at the market was choosing between jam flavors, not figuring out how to pay for the jam.

inHit 10,000 email subscribers and thought it would feel bigger
You ever have one of those moments where you realize you been measuring the wrong thing? I remember when I hit 500 followers on some old blog I had about camping gear, and I was so focused on the number that I didn't notice folks were only clicking on maybe 2 out of every 10 emails. Ended up having to scrap half my list and start from scratch with better content. That kind of reset made me pay way more attention to who actually opens and reads, not just who signed up.
