Changed my mind on the 1982 Tylenol recall after reading the FDA timeline
I used to think pulling 31 million bottles over 7 deaths was an overreaction until I read that the tampering happened in stores, not the factory, so nobody could trace which lots were safe. That detail flipped me, because it meant every bottle on every shelf was basically a coin flip for weeks. Has anyone here read the full recall report, or am I the only one who went down that rabbit hole?
