My Yashica Mat 124G shutter locked up mid-wedding shoot last Saturday

I was shooting a friend's wedding in Dayton and on frame 12 of the second roll, the shutter just froze solid. The self-timer mechanism inside had come loose and jammed the whole works. Has anyone else had that specific failure on these old TLRs or did I just get unlucky?

Wait, the self-timer just came loose inside and jammed the shutter? I mean, that's terrifying, I've never heard of that happening before.

Hell yeah, that changed my mind too. Always figured those mechanical cameras were bulletproof till I heard about this.
