Watched a guy at the Daytona flea market turn a dented can of peaches into cobbler in 10 minutes flat
He scooped the peaches into a loaf pan, poured a box of yellow cake mix dry right on top, dotted it with butter, and baked it in one of those little RV ovens, and I have not bought a pie since.

Wait, he just dumped the dry cake mix right on top without mixing it into anything first? That is wild. Did the butter go on in little pats across the top or did he melt it? And how did it not come out all powdery and dry on top?
