Showerthought: My old boss said he could teach anyone the job in 90 days, and that stuck with me after 15 years
I ran into him at a hardware store in Tulsa last week and he told me he still believes it, which got me thinking about all the people I've hired who had zero experience but turned out great. Now I'm wondering if I've been too picky on resumes lately, has anyone else hired someone with no background in the field and had it work out?
