I spent $27 in tap-to-pay fees in one week and only noticed because my card got declined
My bank charges 50 cents every time I tap my debit card, so 54 small buys at the corner store in Portland added up fast. Now I pull cash for anything under $10, does anyone else track these little fees or am I the only one getting nickel and dimed?
Damn that stings, getting hit 50 cents a pop for just buying a snack is brutal. I started checking my statement line by line after I found random small charges eating my money every month. Cash for small stuff is the way to go if your bank is gonna play those games.
