Just flipped on card only stores after my uncle's $40 cash story
My uncle got turned away at a coffee shop in Tulsa last week because they don't take cash anymore, and he said "if my $40 isn't real money to them, their coffee isn't real coffee to me." I used to shrug off the cashless thing, but thinking about a guy with no bank account or a bad card getting locked out of a plain cup of coffee bugs me now, so what's the fair fix for stores that still want to skip the register?
