My local coffee shop went cashless, then reversed it after a week

They switched to card-only to be 'modern', but a regular who only uses cash told me they lost nearly 30% of their morning crowd, mostly older folks and people avoiding card fees. The owner put a handwritten 'Cash Accepted Again' sign up last Friday and business bounced right back. So, is pushing for a cashless future just cutting off a huge part of our community?

Saw a study saying cashless places hurt low income people the most.

Wow, losing 30% of customers is huge. @finleyl39 is right, this really hurts people who rely on cash.
