Just realized my $1,850 Brooklyn closet was listed as a 'junior one bedroom'
I was digging through old emails and found the original listing for my place in Brooklyn that said 'junior one bedroom, great natural light' with no mention of square feet anywhere. A friend sent me a city report showing the average studio there now runs around 400 square feet, and my spot is under 300 with a hot plate for a kitchen. So what's the smallest place you've ever signed a lease on just because you were tired of looking?
