Lost my train of thought at a town hall about solar grants

A guy in the front row kept yelling about how his neighbor's solar panels were killing his tomato plants, so I raised my hand to ask about the city's $12,000 rebate program and completely forgot what I was going to say by the time they called on me, has anyone else had a whole speech evaporate because of one weird heckler?
