Why does nobody talk about how a bad CAM post ruins an entire week?
Two weeks ago I burned a whole Friday re-cutting a set of 12 brackets in 6061 because my roughing pass left 0.015 on the floor and the finisher rubbed instead of cutting. I had checked the sim twice, but the stock model never had a chamfer on it, so the sim looked fine and the spindle load told the real story around part 3. Does anyone else blame the sim when it is really a lazy setup sheet, or is that just me?
