Serious question, has anyone else's first 'Hello World' program just refused to work for no reason?

Tbh, last week I spent 45 minutes in my living room staring at a single line of Python, only to realize I'd typed 'print(Hello World)' without the quotes. Anyone have a similar facepalm moment starting out?

Oh man, the "print(Hello World)" thing is a classic. I mean, my first real facepalm was with a website. I kept trying to link a stylesheet for hours, and the page just stayed plain white. Turns out I saved the file as "style.css.txt" because my computer hid the extensions. I was so mad at the computer for being broken. It's always the tiny, simple stuff that gets you.

Yeah @jana_black, hidden file extensions are the worst kind of simple trap.

My buddy was convinced his new keyboard was broken because his code wouldn't compile. He'd been hitting the letter O instead of zero in a variable name for like an hour.
