Heard a barista say 'coffee is a verb' and it broke my brain

A guy at a shop in Austin said it while tamping, meaning it's about the ritual not the bag. After 15 years of chasing beans and gear, I finally get why my favorite cup is the one I make at 6am in sweatpants, anyone else feel that way?

That Austin barista's got a nice line, but I've had plenty of magic cups from a paper cup at a gas station, so for me it's more about the bean than the moment.
