My buddy's $3 back issue stack flipped my whole grading opinion
I used to think grading comics was just about cash value, but last week my friend showed me a box of beat up books he got for 3 bucks each at a garage sale. He pointed out how one copy of an old Spider-Man had a printing flaw that made it super rare, and nobody cared because the cover was scuffed. That made me realize condition stories matter more than the price tag, and I started hunting for flaws on my own pulls. Anyone else find themselves looking at weird defects now when they read their collection?
