My comic shop guy swore I'd hate digital comics and he was half wrong
The owner of the shop on Maple Street near my place in Cleveland told me back in March that if I switched to digital I'd lose the smell and the flipping and come crawling back in a month. I gave it 6 months to be fair. Turns out I read way more now, like 40 issues since then, mostly old stuff I never would have found in his dollar bins. But he was dead right about one thing, I miss the feeling of a real page and I keep buying the floppies I actually care about. The single issues I grabbed digitally were fine but I never went back and reread any of them. So now I do both and my wallet hates me. Anyone else split between paper and screen and feel weird about which ones you keep?
