Question about a dive in Galveston that went smooth as glass after a rough run
Two days ago I was on a dock job in Galveston and the current was so bad my tender could barely keep my hose clear, then the next morning the harbor went flat and I knocked out 4 pile inspections before lunch. I've never had a swing that big on the same site, and it made me wonder if I should be watching the tide charts harder before I bid these jobs. How do you all handle bidding a job when the site can flip from useless to perfect in 12 hours?
