Refusing to ghost a client's old XP machine in 2022 was the dumbest hill I ever picked
Spent six hours on a Dell from 2004 at a shop in Akron because the owner begged me, and I made $40 while three real jobs sat in the queue. Now I quote vintage gear at triple rate or tell them to keep it as a museum piece, and honestly nobody has pushed back yet.
