Serious question, but I finally cracked that canned soup debate with my cousin

I've been going round and round with my cousin about what's really in those canned soups (you know, the preservative theories). Today, I found some solid info and laid it out clearly. He actually listened and agreed with a few points (which never happens!). It felt like a real win, even if it's just a small thing. Now I'm kinda pumped to dig into more food label myths.
