That JFK document dump from 2017 still bothers me

I finally read through the 2017 CIA release about Oswald's Mexico City trip and it says the agency had a photo of him before he supposedly returned to Dallas. But the image was of a different guy with an alias. How do you square that with the Warren Report timeline? Anyone else dig into those pages?

Wait, they actually had a photo of a different guy but labeled it as Oswald? That's insane. I remember reading through those pages too and the description of the guy in the photo doesnt match Oswald at all, different build and face shape. How does the Warren Report just gloss over that like it's nothing? Either the CIA knew they were tracking the wrong person or someone swapped the photo on purpose, neither option makes the official story look good.
