Used to quote every job by feel, now I spend 20 minutes measuring first
Back in 2019 I'd walk a bathroom remodel, eyeball it, and throw out a number that always came back to bite me. Switched to a laser measure and a written checklist after three bad calls in one month, now I've only had one dispute in two years. Anyone else make the jump from guesswork to measuring and see their margins change?
